STRATEGY

Our goal was to establish a domestic youth football club of international standard, realized in collaboration with one of the world’s top football teams, the Spanish FC Barcelona.

We trust that under our professional guidance, we will nurture world-renowned players who will achieve — and perhaps even surpass — the accomplishments of their predecessors, such as László Kubala, Zoltán Czibor, and Sándor Kocsis. As the Barça anthem proclaims, regardless of where we come from, the flag unites us.

With a background like Barça — which today has over 300 million fans worldwide and more than 200 million followers across media platforms — we can leverage and transmit all the knowledge and innovations that incorporate the best training practices from around the globe into our professional program. This enables us to manage the entire career cycle of our players.

Our program continuously reflects the values and sporting philosophy of FC Barcelona, which is crucial when building a next-generation squad like the one we aim to develop. High-level competition and a love for the sport are by no means incompatible — on the contrary! This club is our passion, as the love of football allows us to nurture young talents and even challenge outdated social norms. This is what motivates us and unites us with our teammates.

THE GAME ITSELF IS AS IMPORTANT AS WINNING!

The club’s playing style is easily recognizable — intuitive and flexible, which has become a distinctive feature of the team. Its modern stylistic approach goes beyond sport, as its unique solutions can also be applied in other areas of life, including social and family environments.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PLAYING STYLE

1. Holistic, team-wide collaboration

where team members work together as partners to control the ball and achieve victory.

2. Applying strategies that prioritize the collective over individual play

without compromising individual performance.

3. Ensuring a high level of efficiency and enjoyable gameplay

by optimizing individual performance.

4. Striving for “intelligent” movement

knowing where to run rather than simply running fast and a lot.

5. Continuous communication between players

through ball movement and ensuring possession.

6. Maintaining continuity of play

by applying interconnected, sequentially building situations.
