Barça Academy Internship and Volunteer Program

Program Objective

Barça Academy Hungary aims to introduce FC Barcelona’s training methodology, spirit, and culture to Hungary. The Academy operates exclusively according to the Catalan guidelines, offering children the same training program used at La Masia. By involving high school and university students, we seek to create a community-driven experience that enhances organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, while allowing participants to actively contribute to the successful execution of major events.
